We would have no hesitation in recommending them or in using them again. We can highly recommend Venus Solutions – we paid a visit to the showroom and explained what we would like and basically left the designing to them. The whole job from start to finish was project managed superbly . Attention was paid to ensure that there was minimal mess during the building work and each evening before leaving they made sure everything was left tidy. Each of the different craftsmen – electricians, plasterers, tilers and fitters arrived on time each morning along with the supplies and were all thoroughly pleasant and took pride in their work. The unit fitter was so professional and experienced and this shows in the workmanship. We were given an approximate time frame for the work to be completed (3 weeks ) when we placed the order and it was finished bang on time. We are absolutely thrilled with the kitchen and we will certainly be using them again when we decide to replace the bathroom in due course. Great job !
We had our Bathroom and Ensuite replaced by Venus Solutions. They took great care in doing an excellent design for us and when the work actually started they were really professional. We were kept informed at all times as to which tradesman would be arriving when and they were all on time, polite and tidied up after themselves. The standard of the work is excellent, even in the places you can’t see. I had great fun taking pictures of the work whilst it was in progress and looking back on them i can see the care taken.
